I bought and MDX a month ago, everything went great. I have more than one car under my name and I did not think it was possible to get another one, since the family is growing but Kevin really helped me. He called me few days ago to check up on me see if I had any questions, we I did and he helped me over the phone. It was just a great experience. I highly recommend Kevin if you want a committed person to help you even after car was sold. Great place, friendly and they seem to enjoy their job, I hope they get paid enough because not all sales man from my previous 3 cars called once and Kevin did 2 times in one month. I also love the service, loaners make it better. They do care about people so I hope this review helps.

He was professional and courteous with extensive product knowledge yest not at all pushy. While the car buying experience can sometimes be stressful, everyone at the dealership exceeded my expectations and made the deal quick and easy. Really Nice lounge with free wi-fi, breakfast snacks, coffee and tea. Comfy sofas and tables close to outlets so you can bring your work. I was there over an hour and the time just flew bye since I was able to get some work done. Great customer service and they still wash your car before returning it.

How much love can I show this place? All of it! After getting my MDX serviced here for the last 8 years (Big hugs to Alan Sze) was time for an upgrade to a new 2017 MDX! Jessica Rosas, Pat and Brian are an awesome sales team. There was a hiccup along in the process of getting my car, but I drove home in a beautiful New MDX in Steel with a fantastic technology package. This place is all about service and making the customer feel happy and satisfied. The only sad thing is that with this new car, is that I won't be going to the dealership for service very often. Love them so much!

Great experience. I live in AZ and bought car from them as it happens to be lot cheaper. While other dealership was charging CA sales tax and putting the ounce on me to file a sale-tax return form to save them from doing the paperwork. Thomas Acura said they will do the necessary paperwork and not charge me the CA-sales tax and I pay the sales-tax in AZ. The sale person was very professional and ready with document to sign. They were prompt and did not try to sell me unwanted accessories. I wanted a Standard Car with no Accessories and they gave me that.
